During the Special Meeting held January 2, 2019, the Leland Meadow Water District Board approved hiring Bartle Wells to conduct a Rate Study in compliance with Proposition 218.
The Rate Study was prepared and presented to the LMWD Board for approval during the Special Meeting held March 13, 2019 at 2 pm. The LMWD Board voted to accept the Rate Study and directed the Board Secretary to send out the Proposition 218 notice to all Customers. The Proposition 218 Notice is below.
A Rate Hearing will be held May 25, 2019 at 11 am at the Leland Meadow Club house.
